Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Postal orders need to be received by Wednesday 1pm for weekend arrival. Late orders may require Saturday delivery or will be sent at your own risk.
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your garment is shipped.

RETURNS

Return the garment at your nearest post office on your return date using the address provided via email. It must be handed over the counter and scanned in at a NZ post office.
If the return date falls on a weekend or holiday, return the garment the next working day.

LATE RETURNS

Late fees are $20 per day for overdue garments. You are also responsible for the next customer's booking if your return impacts another rental.
By accepting our terms, you agree to these fees. Any charges will be invoiced to your provided email.
