Pick-up/Drop-off and Late Fees

Weekday rentals (Mon-Thurs) should be returned by 3pm the next day, handed over the counter (if postal rental) or dropped at our address.
Weekend hires are due back the following Monday.
Late returns will incur a $20 per day fee. You are responsible for covering costs if your late return affects another customer's rental.


Cleaning and Damages

If we cannot get the garment back to a rentable condition - you will be liable to pay the full RRP of the garment, within a reasonable amount of time so that we can work on replacing the garment.
Appeals for damages can be made with time stamps showing the damage pre-existing. No alterations are allowed; fees apply for any changes.


Liability

Once you have the garment, it's your responsibility. We don't cover lost or stolen items. You'll pay the full RRP if you can't return it.
Once we post the garment prior to your rental date, we are no longer liable for the garment. Please continue to check your tracking number leading up to your rental date.
By agreeing to our rental agreement, you exempt us from any liabilities due to postal delays/and or NZ post. 


Renting

No refunds for change of mind or unfit garments once paid.
Your rental is confirmed only after payment.
In case of uncontrollable circumstances, a store credit may be offered for a future rental.
